From time to time we all could use a littel help. From what types of Assistive Technology are out there to who to call for the services you need now or down the road. Are you planning a trip but you are not sure if can even take it safely? You have a computer but you are having problems finding the right software that you need to make the computer more accessible to your disability. You need more services to inable yourself to feel safer? You need a cell phone but you can not afford one. Are you getting all the discounts off your electric, phone and cable bills?
Growing up with my disabilities I learned from an early age to step back and look at all the possible ways to achieve my goal. Bringing that in prospective in to days age of Technology I am able to trouble shoot the problem and come up with a solution. Being on a fixed income most of my life I needed to resolve my problems with little or no money and I realise that I'm not alone. I have found freeware (software that are free) that will do the same as programs which you would pay a lot for.
